Lazy Susan Cafe

My favorite place on the coast. It is a cozy little cafe in downtown Cannon beach, with a friendly and warm interior and lots of art. The food there is delicious and beautifully presented. They have an array of classic breakfast and lunch dishes, both sweet and savory. My favorites are either one of their omelettes for something healthy and fresh, or one of their waffles with fresh fruit and delicious fruit sauces. The person who owns it puts so much into their service, and they will treat you like family and make you feel at home. I can 100 percent recommend this place to anyone who is in town.

We come here every time we are in the area. The food is excellent! The servers are very friendly too. Be prepared to wait. There is always a line but it's worth the wait.

Every year my wife and I visit Cannon Beach for our anniversary. My wife has a lot of food allergies, and because of this we pack food so we don't have to worry about finding a place to eat. Unfortunately, we forgot one of the bags we packed, so we didn't have much choice but to eat out. The staff here was extremely accommodating, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for at least a decade and we love the friendly atmosphere and staff as well as the delicious food!

My sister and I met for breakfast here to start off a day of food and fun and really enjoyed out time here. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and effecient. The setting is very cozy and homey. The website failed to mention this is a cash only business as debit and credit cards are not accepted. Overall, the restaurant is not really wheelchair accessible with narrow passage to the cozy dining room, and especially with the restroom upstairs without an elevator.

Most dreams are just that, dreams. The service here is real bar none. They take care of you like your part of the family. Except this family is willing to feed you exactly what your in the mood for. Very warm and cozy. The omelettes are all so very good. Check out the specials too we you'll be in for a little surprise find you didn't know you've been craving.

We had a nice breakfast here. Loved the mixed berry scones and the omelet. Good service and a present environment.

I had eggs benedict and a vanilla latte. Both the food and the service was outstanding. Son had shrimp scatter omelette and it was stuffed with shrimp. John special was delicious, eggs all around were perfectly poached. A little gem at the beach.

Lovely little breakfast spot inside a house. Quaint experience, and good food with solid portion sizes. Their special was a Dungeness crab benedict, which was fantastic. Highly recommend it if you're there and it's crab season!

I enjoyed the huge gingerbread waffle, slathered in thinly sliced pears and topped with either whipped cream or yogurt. I picked whipped cream 😊 . I wish I knew they didn't take debit or credit cards before I got there but after some research on their website I found, at the bottom of the page, cash only. Oh well, it helped me stay within my budget!

I had not been to the Lazy Susan for a long time and it has only gotten better with age. I was seated almost immediately during lunch time and was also served very quickly. Excellent food prepared with care. Cash or Checks happily accepted by the beautiful owner, who is a dead ringer for a young Isabella Rossellini!

I am writing this after another great experience at the lazy Susan cafe. My family has been going to this establishment since years before I was born- and for good reason. The place is the friendliest around (they know us and what we always order, which is the eggs Benedict) as well as the food is amazing and served fresh, always. The atmosphere is unlike a normal restaurant but it’s like you’re at a home, its a perfect setting for a perfect meal. (Tip: come early as the line wait gets long, but they will tell you how long until a table will open up and while you wait, you can explore the shops and places nearby or just wait in the area as there are seats and sometimes bean bag toss. Also, they only except cash so make sure you have some on you.)

I stopped in and got an order to go. Never been here before but the reviews were great. They were lightening fast and the food was fantastic. What a little gem of a place. The owner was so kind and all the employees were as well. Everyone looked so clean and professional. We will be back. 😍

Always stop by when in Cannon Beach. Been coming here for years. Good soups and salad. Back when I ate sandwiches, those were always good too.

Just delightful. Omelets are fluffy, savory, and filled with love. Ambiance is precious, and vintage with creaky wood floors, fresh flowers on every table, and just a mismatch of perfection.The mimosas were unmatched. Tingly champagne and lightly pulped OJ with a fresh, sweet orange slice kissing the side of the frosty glass. This was an impulsive walk-by decision and it was a lovely start to a misty morning in Cannon Beach.

When you feel like family. This place hit the mark on everything! The service, the warmth, the food all 5 stars!~ Our new breakfast spot from now on! Thank you for a great meal and experience!

They have great food and are willing to accommodate special diets! The waitress was wonderful and kept the coffee was flowing!

I like this place because the character "Lazy Susan" and her breakfast place in the show Gravity Falls were inspired by this place, and I love Gravity Falls, it always excited me to see locations in Oregon that I can see have inspired the show

This place was AMAZING! The best breakfast I have ever had. We came here for a birthday breakfast and the local waffle special was stellar, so was the John’s special! Go here if you’re looking for a quick, delicious, and simple yet outstanding breakfast. You will not be disappointed!

The building is delightful and quaint. So much history and beautiful art bursting out of every detail. My waitress was so unbelievably sweet. The food came out fast, big portions and delicious. Add a bottomless coffee and get your day started off right.

I never go to Cannon Beach without eating breakfast at the Lazy Susan. If I go during fall I split the Gingerbread waffle with my husband, and have cappuccinos. Food is the best of all of every trip to the Oregon Coast.

Best omelet I've ever had. I ordered the "My Favorite" with fruit rather than potatoes and I'm glad I did. Every inch of my plate was bursting with flavor. The restaurant was recommended by staff at the Hallmark Resort, so I was initially sceptical. But I am so glad we went. Amazing.

Delicious and adorable. Tiny place but everyone was so friendly. I was surprised at how fast the food came out given the tiny kitchen and how busy they were. I waited 15 minutes for a two-top at 9:30am on a Saturday but it was worth it! Delicious omelette and potatoes.

Amazing food and excellent find. Tucked away behind the Coaster Theatre in Cannon Beach. Specializing in poached eggs and omelettes, nothing on the menu will disappoint. Definitely on my must stop list from now on.

Great little breakfast stop that we finally tried after visiting C.B. for years. Be patient as it's popular especially on the weekends. The food we had (Healthnut and the Waffle) were worth the wait. CASH ONLY. NO Plastic.

Ham was tender, cooked just right. Fresh fruit was fresh and plenty. Coffee was good, and refills were on time. I was genuinely excited to answer that everything was yummy when asked.

Place is good, but not the best I've had. Asked well-done bacon and it came out rock hard. The oatmeal was ok, but bland as oatmeal typically is. On the upside, the service is superb. Also, they don't take debit or credit. They do take checks, however. Which is weird nowadays.

Such a great brunch spot! The service was amazing, it’s super cozy, and we felt so welcomed! LOVED our food! It came out fast and was one of the best brunches I’ve had in awhile! We had the special - gingerbread waffles with lemon sauce and pears, plus yogurt. It was incredible. We also had their vegetarian Benedict and we loved it. The hollandaise was light and delicious, not too heavy. Would highly recommend!!

Waitress was very friendly and the food was delicious. It was also quiet and charming setting.
